ROMANOWSKY BATON ROUGE, LA Peter A. Romanowsky August 17, 2012 Loving son, husband, father, brother, and friend, Peter A. Romanowsky, 57 of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away of natural causes on August 17, 2012. Peter was a man of great intelligence, humor, and humility, who believed in always doing the right thing, and for the right reasons. He was a remarkably kind and caring family man who possessed the rare ability to love others more than self. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Romanowsky, his two sons, Daniel and Zachary Romanowsky, and his two sisters, Jean Ballard and Kathy Hyder. He will be fondly remembered and forever missed. Visitation will be Friday, August 24, at Resthaven Funeral Home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Potted flowers, given in lieu of floral arrangements, will be planted in memory of Peter's love for nature.
